Lakota Kinlicheenie is a part of the San Carlos Apache tribe and the Navajo Nation. He is currently a 4th year student and is aiming to get a Bachelors of Science in Communication at the Hugh Downs school of Human Communication at Arizona State University. He’s held experience in outreach and event planning throughout his time at Arizona State University, holding titles such as the Mr. Indigenous at ASU, Co-founder and President of the Native American Business Organization, and Seciwa Assistant at the American Indian Student Support Service. In his early college career he helped reinstate the Native American Business Organization (NABO) at Arizona State University to help Indigenous students find a support system on campus to succeed in academics while upholding their culture. He’s been dedicated to help out his community, aiming to apply what he’s learned into real life at UNITY as the Spring Intern.
